Yummy Chia Seed Pudding
This is so EASY! I never thought it would be so fast and EASY! I have seen pics all over the internet and never bothered to look at recipes because I thought it would take forever and have many ingredients. Little did I know you only need 2 ingredients! Chia seeds and a liquid of your choice...
So, here it is...
2/3 cup almond milk (or any other liquid you prefer)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
Mix 2 ingredients very well and chill in refrigerator for 10 mins.
The longer you leave in fridge, the more "tapioca" like it will become.
I like my seeds a little firmer, so 10 mins is perfect for me!
Then add fruit of your choice if you'd like! I love banana in mine.
Sometimes I add a dash of cinnamon too! AMAZING!
