Shakeology has completely changed my life! I was a HUGE sweet tooth! I could eat chocolate pretty much at any given time during the day! I had a friend who kept posting on Facebook about her 'healthy shake' ALL the time. I took note of all her posts and telling the great ingredients and how much better she felt. Enjoy each day that we have. I try to find a little beauty in my day no matter the struggles inside my head. I love to look out my bedroom window in the mornings and just look at the beautiful world!

My Shakeology

Today is January 13th 2015. As a mom of 3 it is very hard to do things for myself. One thing I always do everyday though, is drink my Shakeology! I am 13 shakes for 13 days in this new year! LOVE my shake. It takes my mind off of me wondering if I have good enough nutrition. Of course I eat my salads, veggies, fruit, etc. BUT, sometimes you don't get the vitamins and minerals in those foods that you need daily. It is deemed as "YOUR DAILY DOSE OF DENSE NUTRITION." This is just exactly what it is! I highly recommend you try this even if you think your diet is fine. You will FEEL the difference!
