Shakeology has completely changed my life! I was a HUGE sweet tooth! I could eat chocolate pretty much at any given time during the day! I had a friend who kept posting on Facebook about her 'healthy shake' ALL the time. I took note of all her posts and telling the great ingredients and how much better she felt.
